The Clancy World Tour

OBJECTIVE

The objective of this project was to create a fictional concert poster for the Twenty One Pilots The Clancy World Tour, promoting a concert in
London, Ontario. The design needed to reflect the band’s unique style while conveying the excitement and energy of their tour.

PROCESS

The process began by drawing inspiration from the band’s signature visual style and themes. The poster’s illustration was created entirely in Procreate, using a combination of spray paint, gouache, and pencil brushes to emulate a layered, textured, stencil-inspired look. The design employed a spray-painting technique, where shapes were cut out and sprayed over to mimic the street art vibe often associated with the band. The result was a dynamic, gritty illustration that communicated the edgy and energetic vibe of the concert.
