Araka’e Allpa

OBJECTIVE

Araka’e Allpa is a 12-page magazine celebrating the culture, gastronomy, and tourism of Bolivia. The project aimed to create a visually engaging publication that highlights Bolivia’s diversity while capturing the vibrancy and richness of its heritage.

PROCESS

The magazine’s design was rooted in extensive research into Bolivian landscapes, traditions, and cultural icons. The layout combined dynamic compositions with bold typography and vivid imagery to evoke a sense of adventure and cultural pride. Each section, from the Amazonic landscapes to the highlands, was designed to immerse readers in the unique charm of the regions. The cover featured Oruro’s Carnival, with intricate detailing and vibrant colors to draw immediate attention.
